  • Curl command - format file system

    Hello,
    I upload files to xPico Wifi by *.bat file. When I add some files in my files and upload they, new files was addet. I change my files structure severaltimes. And I have the problem - full file system in xPico.
    It is possible format file system before adding new files? By curl command? Thank you.

    Yes, you can format the filesystem via the WebAPI with this command:

    Code:
    curl -u admin:PASSWORD --anyauth -X POST -d "group=File System&action=Format" http://192.168.0.1/action/status
    If successful, the result will be:

    Code:
    <?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
    <!-- Automatically generated XML -->
    <!DOCTYPE function [
       <!ELEMENT function (return)>
       <!ELEMENT return (result,message+)>
       <!ELEMENT result (#PCDATA)>
       <!ELEMENT message (#PCDATA)>
       <!ATTLIST function version CDATA #IMPLIED>
    ]>
    <function version = "0.1.0.0">
       <return>
          <message>The file system has been formatted.</message>
          <result>Succeeded</result>
       </return>
    </function>
