The XPort Pro doesn't have support for 802.1x. We do have other products that support 802.1x. I'll send you contact information for our sales person covering your area so they can help you select the Lantronix product to use.

    Hi,

We have an important project that requires that the TCP/IP embedded module should comply with the IEEE 802.1x Standard.

The XPort Pro module embeds an Evolution OS / Linux.
    This OS provides authentication-related features.
Can you give us more information about the capability to answer to this standard?
Did you ever develop a solution for this requirements?
If not, could we develop something on Linux to comply with this standard?

    Hi Jason,

The xPico Wi-Fi doesn't connect to 802.1x Enterprise networks. However, we do have other options to connect to those types of networks.

I've sent your information to your local Lantronix sales person and he'll be contacting you to discuss those options.

    Connecting to Enterprise 802.1x networks

    Hello,

Is it possible for the xPico Wifi to connect to an enterprise network with 802.1x certificates for authentication?

    Thanks,
    Jason
