  • Power xPico 240 Evaluation Kit by IO pins

    Hello,

I'm trying to do a simple integration with the xPico 240 Evaluation Kit and I wish to know if is possible to power supply the board at 3.3V through J2 IO Header or JP1 3.3V Header.

It will be great to know which is the best option to achieve this target.

Note: I don't use the USB, so it's not necessary to power supply the board with 5V.

    Best regards,
    Pablo.

This would require to disconnect the power supply chip on the evaluation board. Also, the 3.3V would need to meet the droop and other characteristics that the xPico 240 requires.

I would recommend to try to use 5V and let the power supply on the eval board handle the 3.3V.
