Using CodeWarrior Toolchain with Evolution SDK

From Lantronix support:

Our engineering and PLM is working very hard to find a tool chain for the Evolution SDK.

However, as for know we cannot support the Evolution SDK.

I will close the case as there is nothing I can do for you at the moment.

Coldfire tool chain

Based on the silence, both here and via Lantronix support, I think I can guess that the situation is as follows:

The very small number of developers actively using Evolution SDK on Coldfire are using the now unavailable CodeSourcery tools.

The only Coldfire tool chain currently available is CodeWarrior, but Lantronix are not supporting it (or at least not publicly).

There appears to be no obvious way to develop C code on Evolution Coldfire products unless you:
a) Have an existing CodeSourcery license, or
b) Want to try your luck, unsupported, using the CodeWarrior toolchain.

No-one with experience of option b has posted on these forums, as far as I can see, so you can probably guess my take quite easily.

Warrior toolchain - do Lantronix provide any support for people using it
with the SDK?

Is the current SDK compatible with CodeWarrior, or would I need to modify
it? Do Lantronix provide assistance with this?
